Privacy Policy

Allora. is an independent editorial project. The controller of personal data collected through the website is Davide Manuguerra, who can be contacted through the Contact page.

The contact form collects information voluntarily provided by the user (such as name, email, country, organisation and message) solely to manage and reply to the request. Form submissions are handled through Formspark.

The “New entries” form collects an email address, with consent, to send notifications when a new Allora. entry is published. Subscriber management and email delivery are handled through Brevo. Consent can be withdrawn and the subscription cancelled at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the emails.

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and aggregate traffic measurement through Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare may process technical data necessary to provide and secure the service, such as IP addresses and technical logs, under its own terms and privacy notices.

Support links lead to Ko-fi. If a user chooses to make a contribution or join a membership, payment-related data is processed by the payment providers involved, including Ko-fi and Stripe, under their respective privacy notices. Allora. does not receive complete payment-card details.

Data collected through the website is not used for marketing purposes other than those explicitly accepted. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for any applicable legal obligations.

Requests concerning personal data can be submitted through the website contact form.
